Kit Jackson is a business consultant and executive coach specialising in making strategy happen. She is Managing Partner of Strategy Together , a network of experts in strategy execution. Kit has spent more than 25 years helping leading organisations throughout the world successfully manage strategic change. Kit has held leadership positions in both consulting and industry.

In her more than decade-long association with Drs Robert Kaplan and David Norton, co-creators of the Balanced Scorecard, Kit played an instrumental role in evolving the tool from a performance measurement and management tool into a strategy management tool. She pioneered the concept of cross-functional, cross-organisational ‘theme teams’ charged with managing strategy execution and ensuring interdependencies. This concept, along with its methodology and key practices, represents one of the most pivotal developments in the evolution of the Balanced Scorecard management system.

Kit donates a significant amount of her time to leading Homeward Bound as Strategy Faculty. Homeward Bound is a leadership programme to equip 1,000 women in science to lead, influence and shape the future of our planet set against the backdrop of Antarctica. The inaugural voyage of 76 women in December 2016 represented the largest all-female expedition to the Antarctic continent.
